This planning application appeared on the website of North Kesteven District Council on 17 Jan 2018 and most of the documentation was uploaded to their server on 18 Jan 2018. When I last checked, some of the documents were not available to view (18 Jan 17:31 hrs):
  • Design and access statement
  • Heritage statement
  • Tree survey and arboricultural impact assessment
  • Building samples
Latest update
I contacted NKDC on 23 Jan 2018 to highlight the problem with the downloads - I am pleased to say they are now accessible.
